The next meeting with the Sisley property developer, the Roosevelt
Development Group (RDG), will be held this
Wednesday evening, January 21 at 7:00 PM at Calvary Christian Assembly.
The architect is expected to present at least one of the alternative building configurations to be studied in the EIS, as well as certain "streetscape" images. We have been told that not all of the EIS alternatives are fully worked out, and that they will share as much as they can. The developer team has been told that the community is concerned about a lack of detail so far, and that we must have sufficient opportunity after learning of their plans to provide input to DPD and City Council.
Wednesday's meeting at Calvary will be on the ground floor, just inside the
entrance off the parking lot in the glass-enclosed conference room.
An informational meeting will also take place on January 31, a Saturday, in the morning to provide neighborhood residents access to and information from Dept of Planning and Development and Seattle City Council members.
