The Roosevelt Development Group requested a meeting with the Seattle Department of Planning and Development to discuss their future plans to apply for a rezone of approximately 4.85 acres of land owned by Hugh Sisley. The current zoning on these parcels ranges from SF (Single Family) to NC2 40 (Neighborhood Commercial 2 40 feet). The RDG is hoping to get increases ranging from L2 to NC3 160.
