March Sales Report

The good news in the Ravenna Park North area is that we have seen some real activity.

 A home on 14th Ave NE received an offer shortly after reducing the price by $20,000 (3.3%). It is now Sold pending inspection.

The home at 1342 NE 62nd St has sold and closed. Original list price in October was $1,150,000. After two price reductions the property sold for $809,327.

I've noticed that there seem to be many more properties with a pending status. It looks like March was a very active month. The NWMLS report should be out within the next few days.
