Spring Egg Hunts On Tap

Here's what's up in Ravenna for this weekend.

On Saturday the Spring Bunny will be at the Ravenna-Eckstein Community Center, 6535 Ravenna Ave NE at 9:45. The event is free. There will be craft activities for children  12 and younger. Please bring some canned food-bank donations. Direct further questions to 206-684-7534.  

And on Sunday we have the 32nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the park on NE 62nd between 17th Ave NE and 20th Ave NE.

Time: 2:30 Rain or Shine. Fun for everyone.

You also might want to think of joining the Friends of Ravenna Ravine who will be working in the park from 10:00 to 12:30 this Saturday, the second Saturday of the month.

We will be working upstream from the kiosk past the pond.

Meet at the Kiosk (near the Tool Box). Ravenna Park lower play field 
in SE Ravenna
Park, North of NE 55th St. and North of the ball field.

You will be most comfortable if you wear layers of clothes, and sturdy 
shoes, that you don't mind getting  dirty.  Bring water. Tools and 
gloves will be provided.
