The Ravenna Park housing market showed signs of real life in April. At the end of the month one closed sale is reported and there are now 3 homes under contract. Some new listings promise to keep the activity on an upward trend.
A pair of side by side craftsmans are now on the market just north of Cowen Park. The home on 14th is our closed sale for the month and the craftsman on 22nd is under contract. Market times are relatively short. Click on the link in the header to see the details in the table.
