Neighborhood Beautification in Progress

This property on NE 65th near 14th Ave NE is coming down. Many old homes in this area have gone to seed through a misplaced sense of values and a total disregard for community.

It's too bad to lose old houses, but when they are unreclaimable, let the track-hoes do their work. Hopefully the fruit stand block will get some beautification soon. Perhaps a park?
