A Stroll Down 20th Ave NE

I went for a walk recently and noticed all of the beautifully planted parking strips along 20th Ave NE in Ravenna Park. The early heat wave seems to have pressed many flowers in to bloom and I for one am completely delighted.

If you can't get out and take the walk from NE 65th Street to the foot bridge over the park, take a few minutes now to enjoy these lovely garden spots in this slideshow.

The City of Seattle has waived the fee they used to charge for gardening in parking strips in Seattle.
