One of the pending sales from last month, the home on 22nd Ave NE closed at $65,000 below list price. But several homes which have come on the market over the past two months are now sold pending. Two new listings priced at $875,000 and $788,000 have come on during the last week, which to me shows a confidence that the market in our area has regained some health.

All across Seattle we have seen many sales, especially on homes that are new on market. Will bankruptcies like General Motors have an impact on home sales in this area? I don't know. What do you think?
