There may be plenty of activity in the first time buyer market with the end of the $8,000 tax credit offer drawing to a close on December 1, 2009, but all of that activity hasn't influenced the market in Ravenna Park. At present we have seven active listings in the neighborhood and most of them have seen at least one price reduction over the past few months.
