June proved to be a better month than April or May. Four properties have moved into the under contract category. It is nice to see life on this front. Several other properties have new and lower prices. There are buyers in the market, but they are being very selective. There is no pressure on them. There is no tax credit to race for. Due to a mix-up in the date that I made on the previous post, I've decided to make the Petition to request that the Seattle City Council NOT consider application #8: the Roosevelt Development Group's amendment to the Seattle Comprehensive Plan and a change to the Future Land Use Map, this year. All are invited to come help spread the chips that have been delivered. First some weeds and a small amount of ivy need to be removed. Rakes, shovels, pitchforks, wheel barrows and hand tools will be helpful. The sun will be out.
