Between June 19 and July 7th someone may knock on your door to see if you want to sign a petition that intends to have the City of Seattle decide NOT to accept the application by the Roosevelt Development Group which proposes to amend the Seattle Comprehensive Plan.
This amendment is all about converting land on the eastern edge of the Roosevelt neighborhood and the western edge of Ravenna into something that can be upzone to NC3 160. There intention is to eventually build 1000 or more apartment units in the immediate area of NE 65th and 15th Ave NE.
